Jesus begins his ministry “proclaiming the good news.” We live in a media driven world and frequently find ourselves trying to understand the implications of the news and how it might affect us. Sometimes the news is good; at other times, bad; and still other times, fake. Good news is a term used time and time again throughout the Gospels to describe the message brought by Jesus Christ. But what is the “good news”? The implication of the Good News has been limited by the church through time. When we step back and look at it as a whole, the “good” is much more significant than at first believed. The Good News must be proclaimed to be effective. How do you proclaim?
